Secure processing of your data

I respect your privacy and will ensure that any information you provide is treated confidentially. Personal data is processed in a way that complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). My website has an SSL certificate, which means that your data is sent encrypted.

What do I do with your data?

When you fill out any contact or registration form on this website, I will receive your contact details or other personal information. I may use your name and email address to respond to you or get in touch. I may use the address details on the registration form to prepare a quote or send an invoice. On the registration form, I also ask for your phone number so I can contact you if something changes last minute regarding a project, session or workshop.

How long will I store your data?

If you fill out a contact or registration form on my website, or send me an e-mail, the data you send me will be kept as long as is necessary according to the nature of your request or the content of your email for a full response and handling.

To be clear: if you have granted me a project or participated in one of my sessions or workshops, I am obliged to keep any invoice for seven years to comply with the Dutch tax authorities. This data is kept in my private records and only for the purpose of validating turnover to the tax authorities.

Google analytics

I use Google Analytics to track how users use my website. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Please read Google’s privacy policy for more information, as well as the specific privacy policy of Google Analytics.

Google uses this information to track how my website is used. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or to the extent that these third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. I have no influence over this. I have not allowed Google to use the analytics information obtained for other Google services.

To collect data, Google uses cookies. A cookie is a simple small file sent with pages of this website and stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. You can disable these cookies via your browser, or clear all cookies in your browser’s settings menu.

Access, correction and the right to be forgotten
